My family had a great experience at your 6th Avenue location. We had classes with Ashley, Riley, and Jesse. They were amazing hosts and very helpful especially with our youngest daughter who is on the spectrum. They were very patient and just amazing artists. We will definitely reschedule another family pottery outting.

The staff today at Pottery Studio 1 at this location was amazing! Shout out to Otto, Sydney, and especially our instructor, Connor. This is the perfect Valentine’s Day date — it was so much fun. It’s definitely not as easy as it looks, but Connor helped my husband and me create pieces we were really proud of. The energy here is so peaceful and truly allows your creativity to flow. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back again soon❤️
Aayah and Kaitlyn were amazing! Aayah fixed my piece for me after I completely ruined it and she taught me so many tips for future throwing. Kaitlyn was so sweet and funny and kept me entertained me the entire drying time. I had a blast and I learned so much. Definitely recommend!

It was my first time playing with clay, and I actually learned a lot (and somehow ended up with pieces that don’t look like lopsided pancakes). Starting to get a feel for the clay and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend if you’re curious about trying pottery for the first time!
This was a birthday gift from my partner, and we both truly loved the experience. Mar and Ivy were our instructors, and they were helpful and patient from the beginning to the end. It was our first time doing pottery, and it didn't feel overwhelming at all. I highly recommend it!
We had such an amazing experience in this pottery class with Allison and Reed! Allison was a wonderful instructor. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she really took the time to help me bring my vision to life. I’m a perfectionist, and she guided me in a way that made me feel supported without ever feeling rushed. She explained each step clearly and encouraged us throughout the process, which made learning pottery so much fun.
My boyfriend took me here on a date while I was visiting him in Chicago and we had the most wonderful time. Our instructors, Essy and Eros, were absolutely amazing and we had such a fun time chatting with them as we made our pieces. It was the first time I had made pottery on a wheel and it was so fun to learn!

Neida was the BEST!!! She explained everything clearly and helped us with each step of the process. The studio is so aesthetic and clean as well. Will be coming back here.
Kiki and Neida were so awesome. It was the first time a friend and I had been to a pottery class and we felt like experts by the end of it! The class was very personal and the studio has very bright lighting and an open space that feels welcoming. They were kind and very informational. Great teachers!

My mum got me a few gift cards for my birthday so my best friend and I went in and made some bowls. Neida was our instructor, they were awesome, allowed us to make mistakes and correct us on how to fix them. They were truly incredible and so fun to be around!
It was such a wonderful experience. I’ve never tried pottery before, and today I gave it a go for the first time. I honestly wasn’t sure I would succeed, but I’m so glad I did—it truly was a meaningful experience. Sofia was fantastic, patiently explaining each step along the way. I’m really happy with how my first piece turned out. The session lasted two hours, but it flew by so quickly. Sofia’s kindness and guidance made all the difference. I definitely plan to do this again.
Absolutely loved this pottery class! I took my guy friend for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. Sophia is an incredible teacher—so gentle, kind, and endlessly patient. She made the whole experience welcoming and fun, even for beginners. Highly recommend!
Amazing service from Paola. She’s hands down one of the best instructors and was super helpful at guiding beginners. I definitely was more at peace when I found out it wasn’t as hard as I would’ve thought it would be. She was super attentive and helped achieve our idea and make it come to life. You should definitely check them out and have a great time here.
Came here for a team building event and this was more fun than expected. The team Val, Lex, and Sophia were excellent and so efficient. When we arrived a birthday party was taking place and I thought what a cool space for that or a bridal shower, etc. Recommended.
Sophia was our instructor and she was very knowledgeable and patient on teaching us how to work the clay on the wheel. I really enjoyed the experience on this pottery class!!!

I had a wonderful pottery and painting class with Russell this evening. Russell was ready with incredibly helpful tips to bring my ideas to life. I’m looking forward to seeing how my pieces come out when they’re ready. This class was so inspiring that I decided to sign up for their monthly memberships which was such an affordable feat for wanting to get into pottery this year. Honestly the most fantastic experience. The instructors were so fun and helpful, but really let us do the majority of it. So positive and such a friendly environment. Price was well worth the experience we got. 10/10 would go again. My fiancé and I made bowls based off our cats for them to eat out of. They’re literally some of my most treasured possessions now. Such a cute thing to have.
Maggie, Maya, and Sophia were so fantastic! They made everything super clear & approachable for a pair of newbies. Highly recommend for a date night spot. We were celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary & this was the ideal spot.
We had our class with Phie today and they were such a patient, friendly, and wonderful instructor. Even though my partner and I didn’t have much experience with pottery, we had so much fun with both wheel throwing and the hand sculpting. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to try pottery out!
My husband took me here last week as a surprise for my 50th birthday. We had a fantastic time! Sophia was a super patient and knowledgeable instructor. We’re not the most artistic/ creative people but it was all about the fun anyway. Such a great memory. My husband hit it out of the park cause he knew this was on my bucket list. Would most definitely highly recommend coming here. I’m hoping we can go back again.
I had a great experience with Owen since my class was … just me! Great one on one time and I learned a lot about a new craft. I hope to keep it up and make some more cool pottery in the future!
Had a great experience with a friend today at pottery 1! We did wheel throwing and under glazing of our pieces. Jianca was so friendly and helpful and she gave the perfect amount of instruction vs allowing creative freedom. Also loved that the place wasn’t crammed and that there was space to move around and breathe. As a bonus there great music playing and just an overall good vibe. We will be back! Thanks Jianca!

I was skeptical when i came to a wheel pottery class, but it was my partners birthday and I was happy to tag along for her. I was surprised by how fun and relaxing the class was. Our teacher Aya had great energy and was very easy to interact with! We made beautiful pieces, and enjoyed every second the class. Thanks Aya!
A fanastic and fun experience! I highly recommend attending one of the classes at pottery studio 1. The studio was very spacious and well light. The most important part was the instructors. They were both very engaging and explain the process clearly while providing valuable technical tips (anchor those elbows!). For a guy with two left feet for hands their instructions allowed me to create a beautiful plate and sauce bowl.

My husband and I did a couples pottery session at Pottery Studio 1 with Aya, and it ended up being one of those simple but really meaningful experiences you carry with you. From the creative, street-art-filled area outside to Aya’s warm, easygoing welcome, everything felt relaxed and genuine. She really listened to what we wanted to make, guided us thoughtfully without hovering, and let us experiment and learn in a way that felt empowering.
